Health & Safety Policy
The safety of myself and my clients is my utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, I recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better, this includes bringing along sick children to your appointment also.
The same will apply if I am unwell or have children home unwell.
Cancellation, latecomer & no show policy
I understand that things can come up. I value your time, and I hope you value mine too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me ideally no later than 12- 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or as soon as possible. Failure to notify me in time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% service cost. This will also be at my discretion, I do understand not being able to attend an appointment for various reasons cannot be controlled.
Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your service, I will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, I do not offer refunds.
Payment policy
All services must be paid for in full within 24 hours of service.
